History
Oceanscan is a medium sized technology company formed in 1989 and since that time has become a world-class supplier of survey equipment, personnel, technical services and products to the offshore renewables, hydrographic, survey, ROV, Non-Destructive Testing and defence industries.
Since 1989, Oceanscan has acquired and established other companies now forming part of the Group. These are Sercal NDT Ldt, GeoForce Technical Services Ltd., and HPR (UK) in the UK.
We have an extensive rental pool of high quality industry standard products to which we are constantly adding as new systems enter the market. With its Headquarters in Aberdeen, the company has impressive facilities which include: 5,000 ft of warehouse, 2,500 ft of workshops and 10,000 ft of office accommodation.
In keeping with our philosophy of continuous improvement, with enhanced test, repair and calibration facilities, we will in 2024 move into a larger, redevlopped facilty in Aberdeen, UK.
Oceanscan operates from offices in the UK, Houston, USA and in Singapore.
